Why Pre-Register?
Pre-registering gives you exclusive access to the first phase of festival passes.
What Is Exclusive Access To Tickets?
A limited number of tickets are up for grabs — available only to registered users on a first-come, first-served basis.
What are the dates of the festival?
6th – 7th December, Bangalore.
Are tickets transferable?
No. The tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.
What are the ticketing phases?
The ticketing phases will be announced soon. Since you’ve registered, you’ll get the first access to purchase our tickets.
Who can buy the ticket?
Echoes of Earth is an international festival that welcomes everyone, and children below 10 years and pets enter for free.
Is the venue wheel chair accessible?
Yes. If you reach out to us earlier, we can arrange for you to be picked up at the Box Office and take you to the festival grounds.
Where can i find the artist line up?

What time do gates open?

What time will the event end?
10 pm.
Is re-entry into the venue allowed?
No.

Can I work for the festival ?
Yes! We will be calling for volunteers and artists as we get closer to the festival. Stay tuned to our social media channels!
Will food and alcohol be available at the venue?
Yes, you can purchase food & alcohol at the festival.
Is there water on site?
Yes, we have RO stations around the festival. Please carry your own non-plastic bottle.
Is there campaign facility on site?
No.

Terms and Conditons for Echoes
Data Collection & Consent
- By registering, you voluntarily submit your personal data including but not limited to
name, email, phone number, age, and city.
- This information will be used for communication related to the festival, ticketing updates,
promotional content, and partner announcements.
- You agree to receive communication via email, SMS, and other digital platforms.
- Your data will be securely stored and will not be shared with third parties without your
consent, except when required by law or in case of a safety concern.
Ticketing & Pre-Registration Policy
- Registration does not guarantee a festival pass or ticket.
- Tickets will be allocated strictly on a first-come, first-serve basis once the
pre-registered sale goes live, and will remain available only until stocks last.
- Registered users will receive early access to a special pre-registration ticket price
and a private ticketing link before the public sale opens.
- Didn’t get your ticket? No worries — the public sale will begin immediately after
pre-registration tickets are sold out.
- The final decision on ticket issuance lies solely with the organizers. No claims or
refunds will be entertained for non-issuance post-registration
- Important: All ticket sales will be conducted only on
www.echoesofearth.com and
www.district.in.
Tickets purchased from any other source are unauthorized and invalid.
Eligibility & Identification
- Entry is open to all age groups.
- Children aged 10 and below can enter free but must have valid identification.
- Attendees under 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian aged 21 or above.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all ticket holders and must be
carried at all times during the festival.
Code of Conduct & Safety
By registering, you agree to uphold the values and safety policies of Echoes of Earth. This
includes:
- No harassment, violence, bullying, or discrimination of any kind.
- Respect for artists, staff, fellow attendees, and the natural environment.
- No consumption or possession of narcotics or banned substances. Offenders will be
handed over to authorities.
- Compliance with all safety protocols, security checks, and venue guidelines.
- No use or possession of single-use plastics within festival grounds.
General Clauses
- The organizer, Swordfish Integrated Marketing LLP, reserves the right to cancel or
reschedule the event, deny entry, or amend these terms at its discretion.
- Registration is non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged.
- By registering, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event,
and grant the organizers the right to use such media for promotional purposes in
perpetuity.
- Attendance is at your own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any personal
injury, theft, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of the festival.
- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.
By submitting your registration, you confirm that you have read and agree to the
above terms.
